You should always use Corsair iCUE as it’s the latest software to control your Corsair’s products. There is no other reason keeping you from using iCUE (except one stated above). All Corsair’s products since 2018 are guaranteed to be iCUE-compatible.
Is 3600mhz RAM better than 3200?
When it comes to performance, you will be able to hit 3200 MHz with no problems. The clock speeds may be lower than a DDR4 3600 MHz component but do not let that put you off! Having two RAM cards of 8GB allows both of them to perform smoothly at the same time to reach the full 16GB capacity.

In the video below, you can see that 4000MHz memory can be up to around 30% faster in games than 2400MHz, though 3200-3600MHz is more often the “sweet spot” in terms of price-to-performance.
Does Corsair RGB work with Gigabyte?
Prior to purchase I checked and the Corsair website indicated this product is compatible with Gigabyte RGB Fusion app, the Corsair site even has the “GIGABYTE RGB FUSION READY” logo. The mobo I use for the build is the Gigabyte X470 AORUS Gaming 7 Wifi, with the latest bios version F4g.
